A camp is your training space.
A user can own multiple camps and pay for different subscriptions or not. The camp allows you to manage your members, statistics, training, settings, etc.
To connect to your camp, all you need is an email address and a password.
A camp is equivalent to an online subscription.
In each camp, you are entitled to 3 free users, not limited over time, in order to test the entire software before subscribing to one of our online subscriptions.

How do I create a "camp"?
Just remember this simple equation: 1 Camp = 1 training space.
The “Camp” concept was created to help you segment your learning activities and facilitate the distribution of your courses.
You are free to define the structure and distribution of your learning community within several dedicated spaces to organise it based on objectives, skills to be achieved or jobs.
Within these “Camps”, each of your learners can find their training courses, the catalogue of training courses available to them, their shared files or their communities.
Did you know?
Each member can have access to one or more Camp(s). Again, you decide how to organise your co-workers’ access to skills.
Similarly, learners can filter training courses to see only those associated with the Camps to which they were invited.

How do I delete a Camp?
NB: only a super-administrator of your space is allowed to delete a Camp. Even with the “I set up” access on this Camp, a Camp manager cannot delete their Camp.
Step 1: Sign in to your account with the “I organise” profile.

Step 2: Go to the “Camps” tab.

Stage 3: Select the camp you wish to delete then in the “Settings” tab (1) click on “General settings” (2).
Step 4: Now click on “Delete this Camp” (3).

Please note: By validating the deletion of a Camp, the administrators and learners will no longer have access to this Camp or to the courses you have shared there.
However, you will keep the progress statistics in the cross-functional exports.
How to change the name of a Camp?
From the “I organise” interface, click “Camps” in the left sidebar. Select the Camp in question and go to “Settings” via the horizontal menu:
Stay in “General Settings” and change the title of your Camp:

How do I add a learner to a Camp?
To add a learner to a Camp:
To invite learners to join a specific Camp, you have to go to the “I organise” interface and click the Camp in question.
In the horizontal menu that appears, go to “Members”.

In “Member management”, click the “Invite a member” button.
A window opens giving you the option to add a user:

by typing the name of the user in question into the search field.

by ticking the box next to the user in the automatic user list in your training space.

Important: the suggested users only include people who have already been added in your training space. Can’t find a user in the suggestions? Add the user to your company space before proceeding.
To add a new user to your company space
Still in the “I organise” interface, go to the sidebar and click “Users”.
Two options:

Single invitation with users added manually via the “Invitation” button: a window will open and ask you to complete a form with information about the user concerned (email, surname, first name, chosen branding, manager’s name, language, notifications, etc.).

Group invitation by importing several users:
To access the import option, you must click “...” next to the “Invitation” button and then “Import users”.

You will be able to download a template for formatting your users’ data by clicking “Download an example”.

Fill in the information relating to the import: the chosen interface and branding, email notifications, etc.

Advice on how to best structure your camps!
As an emblematic function, the Camp is the starting point for any training project on myskillcamp. In other words, the Camp allows you to create user groups to facilitate the distribution of your training sessions. It is completely transparent to the end learner. This feature is available to users who have access to the "I Organize" interface.
In reality, the use of the Camps is free. That's what makes it strong. You can create as many camps as you wish.
Here are some examples of camp structures:

According to an organisation chart

By mixed mode (example: thematic + organisation chart)

As you can see, the use of the Camps is very open. It allows you to optimise the organisation of your learning population in the best way possible.
Good to know:

Each Camp has its own statistics. Consider this if you need to extract specific data for specific groups of users.

The creation of one (or even several) community(ies) is carried out within each Camp. It is therefore essential to create a camp before creating a community.

The deletion of a Camp is not possible. Our support team is at your disposal via the live chat tool. They will be happy to delete it for you.

Each Camp has its own parameters (general information, notification management and functionalities).
