1. Who are the participants?
These include everyone you’re going to invite to participate in the event (in person or remotely). These people may by internal, i.e. already present on the platform, or external, i.e. people who are not part of the platform.

2. What’s the attendance list for?
Its purpose is to allow the trainer to monitor learners closely.

3. How do I use it?
1st stage: Choose the session in which the event is found and click on “...”
2nd stage: Click on “Attendance manage”.

3rd stage: Tick off those participants present at your event.

NB: You can modify the "Frequency of presence report" in the parameters.

4. How do I download the attendance list?
You can also download the list of participants by clicking on “...”, then selecting “Download the list”. An Excel document is then downloaded onto your computer. You just need to open it and fill in the information on participants present (or not) manually.
