What is it?
My Team is an overview of the learners in your team. It features a learning health dashboard to review if your team is successful with their learning progress and to better understand where they might struggle.
Why does it matter?
Poor learning engagement makes it hard for your to reach your learning and development goals. Improving the adoption of your courses is hard and there isn't always a good way to know how your learners are doing or how to help them. The learning health dashboard in My Team gives Team Managers and Coaches confidence in reviewing and improving learners' progress. They will know where learners stand and if they are following their learning program successfully.
How does it work?
Learning health dashboard provides a snapshot of learners' activities and all their courses in

Review their progress, guide and coach accordingly to improve learning engagement. Further, you can

understand where learners stand and follow-up on courses via email or chat,

validate pending enrolments or enrol to new content,

re-assign a new team manager to a learner.

Team Newsfeed provides a downstream communication with all your team members (like on social media). You can

discuss course content or share further resources, and
-
like and comment on posts of others.

My Team is available to all Team Managers that got a team of learners assigned by the admin.
If your admin did not assign any learners to you, you won't have a team and hence don't have access to the My Team pages.
