This feature only applies to customer who joined myskillcamp before February 1st 2022.
To ensure more stable and accurate usage statistics of your learners and on your created content (Courses and Learning Paths), you can disable the possibility to modify Sessions after the first learner has signed up. By doing so, you make sure that learner progress and score are not impacted once they have started learning.
Here's how:
-
Go to I organise and to the Company page.
-
Go to the Advanced Settings tab.
-
Click on Activate this feature.

By activating this feature, you'll also get to enjoy:
-
A clearer overview of your Sessions that are in Draft, Published or Ongoing.
-
The possibility to Archive a Session, specifically for when it’s outdated or not in use anymore:
-
Show or hide archived sessions with a toggle.
-
Archived sessions can be restored at any time.
-
❗️Note:
-
The Align button on I create > Sessions becomes obsolete and gets removed.
-
Turning on this feature is irreversible because you would basically switch to a new technology. Similar to when you swap to a new engine.

FAQs
What happens on the learner's side when I achieve a session?
-
For any
new
learner, the achieved session will disappear, the course creator gets a warning message before they achieve a session so they are informed. -
For
existing
learners who already signed up and started that session, nothing changes.
Can I still see the archived sessions in the statistics ?
-
Learner's progress will still be reported in the data exports. Learners are allowed to finish their session even if in the meanwhile it has been archived. The statistics collected for that Session also remain and need to be included in all exports (I organise, I learn). If course owners do not want that to be the case, then they must delete the Session entirely.
Can I invite a learner to an already archived session?
-
No, it's not possible to add a learner to an archived session. However, you can restore the archived session and then add a learner through I organise > Camps > Content > Members > Add members.
