Summary:
Before you start

If you haven't purchased a license of GoodHabitz yet, contact your customer success manager.

Your customer success manager will discuss with you which pricing plan would work best for you.

Create a GoodHabitz admin account.

As the admin, reach out to the GoodHabitz Support team and request the following things:

Reporting API Key
-
Encryption Key
-

You can expect to receive an answer from GoodHabitz within 8 office hours. Afterwards, proceed with this tutorial.

If you already have GoodHabitz content in your catalogue, this guide is not for you.

Unless, you’re unhappy with the outdated catalogue, then please reach out to your CSM.

1. Activating the integration

Log in as administrator on “I organise”
-
Go to the tab “Integrations” and "Provider".
-
Click “Connect” on the GoodHabitz content provider in the list

Open a new tab and navigate to the GoodHabitz dashboard

Go to your "Dashboard", then in the left column, click on the plug-icon and navigate to “LTI settings”

Press “Add key” if there isn’t one already

Discuss with the GoodHabitz admin if you are unsure which LTI key to use

You can now see three values:

Name
-
Key
-
Secret
-
-
Copy and paste the “Key” and “Secret” value from the GoodHabitz dashboard into the Integration settings in the myskillcamp platform to the “LTI key” and “LTI secret” fields respectively.

Insert the "Reporting API key" and the "Encryption key" that you received from the GoodHabitz Support team in the respective fields.

Press “Validate”.

Now GoodHabitz has been successfully connected to the platform and the catalogue is being retrieved. This may take up to an hour. When it's finished, continue with the next steps.

2. Setting up catalogue rules
💡 You can configure specific catalogue rules to personalise how the content is distributed in your organisation.

Go to the "Catalogue rules" tab inside of the GoodHabitz settings page.

Add a new rule.

Select if you want to distribute content to all users, only a specific set of camps or create a new camp.

Select if you want to synchronise all content, filter on specific content or select content manually from a list.
-
Note: When filtering, you can select categories and languages. All content that satisfies the criteria will be synchronised.

Review and save the rule.

Update the catalogue.
It may take up to a few hours until your catalogue rules will appear within the learning space. Continue below, to test if your connection with GoodHabitz was successful.

3. Testing the content
💡 To test if the content you've selected from GoodHabitz actually appears to your learners the way you intended it, follow the next steps:

Navigate to the “I learn” interface.

Navigate to "Catalogue" and see if the right users get the right content.

Select "Filters" at the top, and filter for GoodHabitz only.

Start a course and then a new tab opens up from GoodHabitz.
