1. How can I connect Udemy Business?

Step 2: Go to the 'Providers' page. Under the section 'List of available providers' you can find Udemy Business. Click on 'Connect'.

Step 3: You are now redirected to the provider's settings page. Toggle on 'Connect' to start the integration. To continue, the following information and steps are needed from the Udemy platform:

A: Portal name

B: Organisation ID

C: Client ID & Client Secret

D: Metadata

❗️ Disclaimer: You need to be an admin on the platform of Udemy Business to be able to retrieve the data that is necessary for the integration on myskillcamp.

A: Portal name

Step 1: On the Udemy platform, go to 'Manage' on the top right and then to the 'Settings' page.

Step 2: Under 'Customise appearance', you can find your 'Domain'

Step 3: Copy and paste the 'Domain' into the field Portal name on myskillcamp.

B: Organisation ID

Step 1: On Udemy, go to 'API', then click on the API documentation link under the 'Courses API' section

Step 2: You will be redirected to a new page. Scroll down until the section 'Your API Client and Your Account ID'. The number underneath your domain is your Account ID.

Step 3: Copy and paste the 'Account ID' into the field Organisation ID on myskillcamp.

C: Client ID & Client Secret

Step 1: Return to the Udemy Settings page. Go to 'LMS/LXP integrations'. Here you can find the Client ID and Client Secret.

Step 2: Copy and paste the 'Client ID' and the 'Client Secret into the corresponding fields on myskillcamp.

D: Metadata

To be able to configure the Single sign-on (SSO) you'll need to upload the metadata from myskillcamp into the Udemy Business platform.

Step 1: On myskillcamp, click on 'Export metadata.xml'.

Step 2: On Udemy, go to the 'Single sign-on (SSO)' page and upload the metadata that you just downloaded from myskillcamp. Select 'Save'.

Step 3: Back on myskillcamp, click on 'Validate' to save the fields. Then click on 'Text connection' to test the connection with Udemy.
