💡 Read first: Discover why the activity log was designed for learners

Apart from entering learning time to track learning history, learners are also able to upload certificates. Learners receive certificates when learning on external content (e.g. OpenClassrooms) to verify their progress. 🚀

In this article, we show you how to:

  1. View certificates of your learners

  2. Upload certificates of your learners

  3. Delete certificates of your learners


1. View certificates of your learners

As a trainer of external content, you'll be notified via email as soon as a learner uploads a certificate. 📩

To view the certificate click on the button in the email, or follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to your Contents.

❗️ Note: By default, courses without external content are shown first. We must filter for courses with external content.

Step 2: Select 'Filters'.

Step 3: Deselect 'Courses' and 'Learning path' to find courses containing external content. Select 'Validate'. Or just select the provider you would like to see, or search the name of the respective course in the search bar.

Step 4: Select the respective course.

Step 5: Click on 'Attendance follow-up'.

Step 6: Select one learner.

Here you can view your learners' certificate of completion of external content.

2. Upload certificates of your learners

If your learner is unable to upload a third-party certificate, or you received the certificate before your learner and you wish to upload it yourself–then the following is for you. 🧑🏻‍🏫

Step 1: Select one learner.

Step 2: Click on 'Certificates'.

Step 3: Upload the third-party certificate.

Step 4: Click on 'Validate' to save the certificate.

3. Delete certificates of your learners

Step 1: If you want to delete the certificate, select the delete icon.

Step 2: Select 'Validate'.

🚫 Note: Your entry will be permanently deleted.
