Follow the steps below to activate or deactivate access to the I coach interface.

1. From the I organise interface?
Step 1: Sign in to your account with the “I organise” profile.
Step 2: Go to the “Users” tab.

Step 3: On this page, you can immediately view (a) authorised or unauthorised access (in blue / grey respectively). To modify them, click on “...” (b) then on “Manage access”.
Step 4: Add or remove access to I coach from this page.
NB: Access to I coach will automatically be activated if the user is designated as trainer of a piece of courses. By removing such access, you will nullify his status as trainer for all courses.
2. From the I create interface?
By granting somebody the status of “trainer”, you grant him access to the I coach interface at the same time This interface allows him to fully support learners in this session. To find out more about “I coach” click HERE.
To establish how to activate or deactivate access to I coach from I create, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Sign in to your account with the “I create” profile.
Step 2: Click on the tab “My sessions” (1).
Then click on “...” (2) of the session concerned. A menu appears, click on “Modify” (3).
Step 3: A side window opens.
Click on “Advanced settings” (1), “Add a trainer” (2) then search for him.
NB: If you wish to remove a trainer, you simply need to click on the cross next to him.
