1. What is the “Discussions” feature for?

This feature is intended to allow trainers to dialogue with learners collectively, segmentally or individually.

2. What are the discussion methods?

There are two ways of contacting a learner:

  • Either by sending them a personalised email 
  • Or by creating a discussion group with them

3. From which tabs?

Click on the tab “Discussions”

1st stage: Choose the session in which you wish to have a discussion.

2nd stage: Click on the tab “Discussions”.

3rd stage: On the right of your screen is the list of members in this session. Click on the envelope to send an email and on the discussion bubble to start a discussion.

From the “Participants” tab

1st stage: Choose the session in which you wish to have a discussion.

2nd stage: Click on the “Participants” tab.

3rd stage: Search for the person you wish to have a discussion with and then click on the “...” and choose the desired communication method.
