1. What is an event?

This is an activity which allows you to create a synchronous event, i.e. training in person or via videoconference.

2. What are the stages to add an event?

1st stage: Select the session concerned.

2nd stage: Click on “Programme” which is in the new left side menu.

3rd stage: Click on “Add an event” on the right side of your screen.

You will be redirected to the interface “I create” in order to create the new event.

If you wish to have information on the events, click HERE. (Article number 7)

Once your event has been created it will appear on the timeline of events.

NB: If you wish to notify learners that the event has been cancelled, click on “Notify participants by email”.

3. How are learners notified?

If you choose to notify your learners, they will receive an information email.
